My early years as a chef were a time of deep learning. I focused on mastering techniques, understanding how ingredients express themselves best, and above all, learning to work with them while respecting their natural cycles.
Over time, I traveled and explored different culinary cultures, which allowed me to broaden my perspective in the kitchen. Every experience I’ve lived has shaped my culinary identity. Today, my cuisine is rooted in seasonal ingredients, guided by both tradition and contemporary techniques. I strive for each dish to express balance and character, where every element has its place and purpose.
I enjoy the creative process with the intention of offering something honest, thoughtful, and full of essence.
