My first years as a chef were full of exploration. I am always struck by the sensations the food provokes in the diners, many of whom return to order exactly the same dishes. Over the years, I have gained experience, learning culinary processes and techniques while I visited different countries to understand other gastronomic cultures and expand my culinary vision, finally finding my own way.
Today, my kitchen is inspired by seasonal products, applying the knowledge built up over the years, with tradition and innovation working hand in hand to elevate each product, looking not only for the best ingredients but also for the quality of the ideas.
I enjoy the creative process with the genuine intention of making something special and unique. The connection I experience every day is what makes me fall in love with my job again and again. Welcome to Tanino.
